Otto Group Russia, a world famous leader in the sphere of e-commerce, is looking for Head of IT PMO and Controlling.

Head of IT PMO and Controlling will be responsible for project portfolio delivery and IT controlling (financial planning) within group of companies. Primary focus is on developing project management skills within the IT department, both for direct reports (Project Managers) as well as all IT department involved in projects. Job holder is accountable for impeccable execution of projects and day to day management of Project Managers. Controlling includes full life cycle of financial planning in IT department from budget planning to spend control. Job holder will need to review existing processes and adjust or define new where required.


Directs and oversees the IT Project Portfolio to meet organization goals and requirements:
- Strategic and operational Project Portfolio planning and execution;
- Manage team of Project Managers, provide training and mentoring for them;
- Manage major projects and programs, including SAP S/4HANA;
- Process Improvement and Standards Development, including necessary documentation;
- Reporting on project portfolio status and metrics of project execution.
IT Financial Management (Controlling):
- Drive and organize annual IT budget planning process for all IT cost centers;
- Responsible for monthly / quarterly IT budget controlling, monitoring and reporting;
- Continuous improvement and adaption of the IT budgeting, controlling and reporting process;


  • Knowledge of methodology (PMI or equivalent) and project management experience from 7+ years, PMP certificate is a plus.
  • ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft).
  • Change management experience, both within projects and organizational processes.
  • Knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL) is a plus
  • Structured and process-oriented thinking, problem solving skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to balance priorities and maintain a large number of tasks in parallel.
  • Broad technology knowledge, software development experience, system and/or business analysis work experience.
  • Understanding of processes and specific aspects of distance selling business would be a plus.
  • Experience in multinational environment is a plus.
  • Strong vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and conflicts resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business decision maker discussions.
  • Creativeness/ Innovation.
  • Fluent English.
